The Empowered Feminine

Inspired by my personal healing journey...

The Empowered Feminine is an inner-work-book to assist you on your Self-Healing Journey, to shift from being Wounded to Whole, to reclaim the Heart and the Womb and embody the Goddess Essence within.

​

Healing is not about learning to live without pain or trauma, but to be able to start living with joy, excitement, awakening and acceptance. Like you, even I am on my healing journey now for almost a decade. I was introduced to the spiritual world at the age of 19 when I lost my father, leading to deep wounding like low self-worth, co-dependency & abandonment.

​

At the age of 22 I started meditating to find answers about life & death but due to lack of a good Guru, conditioning of the world around me & being an empath, I fell into the trap of few toxic/unhealthy relationships and friendships. These relationships were my learning grounds and they ultimately led me towards my spiritual awakening in my late 20s.

​​

Since then I have been open to my evolution and have been sharing the light and learnings with my soul tribe. The learning is forever and we meet our teachers in the people we come close to. Some come to support and some to challenge, all for our highest good.

​

A lot of inner work has been put in to free myself from the fears and shadows within, the illusions of the world. I have

worked towards reclaiming my heart and womb, accepting and owning my truth, making peace with the past hurts, bringing in the soul wisdom of oneness, embracing compassion for all souls on this journey, having complete faith in the divine plan. All this has been a gradual process.

This process is the healing journey each of us has signed up for. It may align differently, yet the essence is same, coming home to self, realizing our truth and oneness with the divine force at play.

Relationships are our learning grounds, well they have been really challenging for me at least but at the same time brought me great spiritual growth. You may have heard about the theory of cause and effect. We as a soul choose life experiences in order to heal and rise above them. Even psychologically we keep attracting similar scenarios in order to resolve them and make peace. That is why it is so important to understand the roots of our wounds and choose to shift our reality by clearing the conditioned beliefs.

I (the soul) chose to experience toxic, unhealthy, co-dependent, controlling and narcissist-empath dynamic relationships. And these relationships always left me empty, depleted, in deep shame, regret, anger and guilt. The deep wounding created an armor around my heart and sexuality. I was ashamed of my body, mind and spirit.

But why was I repeating these lessons?

​

I found a pattern within me that attracted these relationships that left me financially, emotionally and physically devastated.

• Low self-worth that I carried within me since childhood made me settle in relationships that provided me the bare minimum because I simply wanted to fulfil the idea of being in a relationship.

• I thought an unhealthy relationship is okay since I grew up watching such relationships around me.

• To keep my partner close to me I overly adjusted to their ways of life. Over giving and neglecting my life, dreams and purpose and then ending up financially, emotionally and physically uprooted.

• Even when I was learning from my past mistakes and wanted to create healthy relationships, the deep desire to fix a toxic relationship kept attracting more such partners in my life.

• I realised clearing relationship karma is the biggest learning that my soul has chosen. My horoscope confirmed it where I saw some really challenging placements to overcome the karma of co-dependency in order to rise in my power.

And how exactly we heal this karma? By deep diving into our subconscious, connecting to our hearts and wombs and following our inner guidance. Even when you are doing all the inner work, certain destined soul contracts shall align in order to test and give you what you need on your path ahead. Do not judge yourself, keep moving ahead. Life is all about learning and growing.

​

I have been fortunate to align with teachers and soul connections that guided me back to my heart and the ancient wisdom that I always carried in my womb. I was able to acknowledge, process and heal the past pain, this lifetime and many other past lives, and integrate the wisdom and strength in the present. A lot has shifted in my life. I have learned to keep my heart open and welcome the love and support I deserve. At the same time keeping my Queen Boundaries super strong.

Embodying the ‘Empowered Feminine Divine’ is to align with our true divinity, a balance of the feminine and masculine divine within, union of Shiva and Shakti, so as to dance as ONE. It is not about rejecting the masculine figures in our life or hosting a war against them. The presence of distorted masculine and feminine energies through our ancestral lineages has been passed over to us as well. This is what we now need to take a deep dive into, honour ourselves, our ancestors and the souls incarnated with us, to process the same.

​

Real healing happens when we open our hearts, accept, embrace and surrender (the feminine divine flow) and also when we observe and process the control, rigidity, manipulation and take charge of creating a stable, strong, grounded and confident life (the masculine divine flow).

When we live from a space of a balanced feminine and masculine heart and mind space, we align with our divine blueprint and create a space to manifest our beloved and healthy loving children and projects for the New Earth.
